If you are in any way interested in helping out with GLASSROOTS FESTIVAL this year, please join us at TEMPEST [913 Martin Luther King Jr Way Tacoma, WA 98405] on July 22nd at 6 pm.

We will be getting our volunteer assignments straightened out for the party at Sanford and Son and for the festival.

VOLUNTEERING is really fun and a great way to make new friends and give back to your community. Usually its really easy stuff - many hands make light work.

Do you have time to make a few phone calls? Send a few emails? Do a little
research? Can you come to the door party on July 24th and help out?
What about August 24th? Can you direct parking traffic? Check IDs at
the beer garden? Pass out fliers? Help us decorate? Would you like to organize an interactive art project? Would you like to donate a few dollars? Move some furniture? Set up a couple of tents?

What would you like to do?

This festival strives to be INCLUSIVE - not EXCLUSIVE. We really do want you to be a part of it.

If you need more information, call Houston at 253-226-7070 or email him at
