I recommend downloading this open-source media player VLC Media Player, and streaming TV Tacoma on your computer 24hrs in Wallpaper mode. I also use this player to grab screen captures of Robert Hill !

I downloaded the player but could not get it to open when I clicked on the link. Any suggestions that does not involve modifying the registry on my computer.

Thanks. I got it to work for the streaming TV Tacoma but not for the saved council segments.

I believe the saved segments are housed as RealPlayer files by TV tacoma. This is unfortunate as RealPLayer is evil and can only be played by the RealPlayer Player which you should never install as it is mostly spyware.

The cool thing about VLC is you can save the steaming video, or record it, into a file that you could turn around and upload to the internets for propaganda purposes
