Freighthouse Square Reloaded

Everyone likes Freighthouse Square.  Sort of like we love to see Rocky Balboa.  So much potential but in rough shape.

Feed Tacoma founder Kevin Freitas ponders how Freighthouse Square can be more successful:

So how to fix it? Are there immediate measures store owners or building managers could take or is this an issue that can only be solved by starting over? Or is this area just doomed to be Tacoma's dumping ground for parking and transit?

Below, FS has launched a new U Tube video and taking their marketing efforts up a notch.  Will this help FS? Do they need another web page or video?  Does the video help convey the true feeling one gets or should get at FS?

Also, interesting is on their news page of their web page.  Here, they reference the Exit 133 forum thread I wrote as the main news item for the opening of TostaCaffe' Coffee Lounge at FS.
