Harmon Hub Pre-Grand Opening Event Pictures

Tonight, I went to a fund raiser held at the Harmon Hub.

Great event and a whole spectrum of beers.  You are going to love it.  Great addition to the Stadium/ St. Helens Neighborhood.  The food can be described as healthy and good at reasonable prices.

Check out the pizza.  Light or no tomato sauce.  The bar is built well and the large dining space has been craftfully divided in different areas.

I was just in there for lunch. Very nice atmosphere, but a little loud due to no baffling.

I was there today at lunch too at 11:00. Tried out the barbecue chicken pizza. Very good. They have been pretty smart to ramp up their events slowly.

Check out the great review by the "Talk with the Chefs"

Great addition to the Tacoma Blogosphere:

A good substantive but down to earth review. Not a love in by any means:

The colors are burnished browns, yellows and reds.

The tables are wood and set with linen napkins. The flatware has heft and is nicer that it needs to be, both welcome touches.

Our server appeared and described the 5 beers on tap. Steven ordered the Blond I went with the IPA. The IPA was hoppy and refreshing without being over the top ridiculous.

Track lighting and good art. I like this place. (My one thought is that I might have liked to have seen the concrete floor stained a darker color as it bounces a lot of bright light. A minor quibble).

The Menu looks much more ambitious that the Harmon UWT location, which is welcome. There is more than a whiff of sophistication to the menu. Several apps come with crostini, olives and foccacia show up, red onion relish, a Caprese salad, aioli, cippolini, smoked spanish paprika, flat iron steak, and so on…and-- I was glad to see that they charge for substitutions!

Yup, added them in a while ago but this is the first post I've seen come up. Nice to see more businesses getting into the blogging mix. Welcome to FT Pacific Grill gang!
