Kerry Pitches for Obama in Tacoma's Hilltop

Here are some pictures I received from Tacoma blogger/Realtor Jacob Rose from the Obama Rally.  Thanks Jake.

Reminder:

Tacoma Urbanist commenter and political insider "NEAL" reminds of two political events tomorrow (Saturday) in Tacoma:

Okay, so here's the skinny:

There were about 125+ people at an Obama event today that LITERALLY was not confirmed until 1 p.m yesterday afternoon.

That, is a good turnout (I limit it to 125 because that was the capacity of the room).

The caucus training fro the Obama campaign will be at 1 p.m. tomorrow. Good times.   The caucus training is at Commencement Bay Coffee Company.

In the spirit of equal time, the Clinton supporters will have a rally / energy forum at 1 p.m. at King's Books.

I'll be at both events ... though late to one.

The TNT has done a great job given the timelines of the announcements to people who are in the know.

More to come next week after Super Tuesday ... that's a guarantee.
Should be interesting.  Keep the photographs of the political events coming.

Good times! Somehow I managed to grab a seat up front when they brought in more chairs after the first set filled up. Got to shake the man's hands when he entered!

AMG. Don't wash you hand for the next year!

I will have to say I liked that both campaigns choose nice local places to go.

I would have liked a larger place. I was standing in the back and it was packed in and some people were standing in the lobby. It was a great experience though and I am glad I attended.
