Meat Eaters : Try 12th St. Burgers (Again)

12th Street Burger has new management and has re-opened.  Right across from the Mandolin Cafe.

                    Its worth checking it.

                    Here's what you get:

Yum.  The owner likes to make baklava and has a case of it out front.  Burgers and baklave? Worth a try.

I hope they stay in business. Tacoma needs more easy going but clean eateries.

So how did it taste? Did it take long to get your food? What kind of prices do they have? When did they switch management? What kind of hours are they running?

:)

I'm still waiting to hear what's in the fries. The old management did hand-cut fries and they were floppy, but gluten free.

The new management uses prepared seasoned steak fries. Dropped in the same oil as everything else, but I don't know about ingredients.

They stopped by my blog a while back and posted their hours:

"Our hours are Monday-Saturday 11-7 and now open Sundays 11-4"

I held off on a full review as I was worried a Mary Burger type blogger flash mob might be created.

The food there: quick, light, tasty and fresh. They did it pretty easy on the sauces which was nice and allowed the toasted bun taste to come through.

Thanks. Nice. Another neighborhood place open on a Sunday.
