New Video Claims Luzon Building is Haunted
Haunted. At least that's what they say in the video:
Although made as a prank, the video ends up being a little freaky, I have to admit with an element of Blair Witch even if it was unintended. The car occupants seem genuinely relieved to get out of the area even if they are locals. Perhaps one day, the Luzon and Pacific Avenue, one of Tacoma's mainstreets will not seem so haunted and scary unless done so intentionally. One day.
