Prium Sales Office : For Lease

I snapped this picture today of Prium's Sales office which is now officially available.  It was to be the showcase for Chelsea Heights and has a model in the store.  It has been unoccupied for months.  They will not the space if Chelsea is going to be apartments.  Plus, Chelsea is nearly developed enough now that the sales office can go into the building itself.

This is a central location right adjacent to Matador, Suite 133, Capers, Urban Tanning Salon and Boe Architecture.  The only vacant spot on the block.   Do you know anyone who wants to start a business downtown in the middle of the action?

Speaking of Prium, Hanna Heights appear to be leasing out at a good clip given the minimal advertising so far.
