Real Estate Office Opens on Pacific Across from Matador

Putting together a cell phone photo and an email, it appears that a Realty Office has opened across from the Matador on the 800 block of Pacific:

From their web site:

Their motto (from their site): "Cool homes for cool people"

Commentary:

This space looks to be in the spare office a printer firm had.  Very interesting as there has been no new businesses going in on the west side of Pacific, only on the east side.  The print shops have been there for decades.  Nice to see some energy go across the street. They will certainly have their pick of restaurants.

Good luck.

(I hope they open their blinds up to the rest of the street)

Hey, I know these folks!! Laurie Lord was my maid of honor at my backyard wedding this summer, and her hubby Todd had been active in the Master Builders of Pierce County for years. They're awesome, grew up in Tacoma and know the RE biz inside and out, as well.

They're just starting this new venture and are incredibly excited about it, and I think that it's going to prove to be a great asset to the community. Their website will be up and ready soon, so please check back on them occasionally to see what's happening!
