Setting the Right Price for Parking

explains in easy language how parking rates should be set. Exciting isn't it?

Here Shoup explains how the "right price" for parking is determined.  Many of of the "stakeholders" in Tacoma have read Donald Shoup's book: The High Cost of Free Parking.  Let's hope Shoup can help our city.
