Tacoma's Court 17 Offers Double Discount

Court 17 on Market Street is now 87 percent leased.  That's what I was told.

Yet, they still have some units available and are offering two months free rent.

The condo class studios are renting for $835 per  month.  Yet, with the discount the rent is reduced to $668 per month (with a year lease) for a place which is 20 times better than the 200 sq ft dorm (with a common restroom for the floor) I shared with a roommate years ago at UW in Seattle.

Parking?

According to the web site, they are also offering "free parking" for a limited time worth $70 per month for other tenants.  I don't know if you can get two months off and free parking but it is worth a try.

They've been doing the two months free thing off and on for a while... I know it was an available deal back when I was looking (when they were first trying to populate it), but was expiring soon, I think a month too soon for my move date.

I see.

Where do you think the best deals are in and around downtown?

Renting Condos are the best deal IMO.

You can rent a 2 bed / 2 bath penthouse at the Roberson for $1,475.

At the Grandview Condos you can rent the 2 bedroom unit with amazing views for $895.

That's $300 per student if you doubled up. I heard that is what they are doing at Court 17 anyways.
