Downtown Traffic Notice

FYI: Pacific Ave. is closed between 11th and 13th Street. The "T" section of that large, Park Plaza South construction crane is being assembled and they need all the room they can get.

Don't know how long it'll be blocked off but I imagine a good part of today at least.

How long has it been since we've seen cranes like this one or near Pacific? The new UWT building but that was a tiny crane. My guess is the Convention Center construction. Good to see some progress on what looks like it could turn out to be a worth project.

by Marty on 6/22/2008 @ 2:14pm	It has been closed for the last few weekends. Something to do with Park Plaza South. I 'm just wondering whats up with South 7th between Pacific and Commerce. I went north past 8th st and had to go to old town to turn around.
by Jake on 6/22/2008 @ 2:23pm	If you take a right into the parking lot right after the old Northern Pacific building it takes you behind the matador building and back to 8th Street. There is also parking back there if Pac Ave. parking is full.

Although I have another home on the web I thought it might be nice to lead by example a bit and put this blog system up to the test myself.
