Why can't this ice storm bring down some of these hideous Clear Channel blightcicles? Still, you'd think a company so tremendously interested in suing Tacoma to keep their precious properties would a) keep them covered in valuable ads and b) not leave them hidden behind leafy trees most of the year.
Another storm is coming and it's slated to arrive March 1, 2012 when these and hundreds of other non-conforming billboards are required to come down.

@Erik: I can rig up an animated info display version on an LCD computer monitor if someone across the street from one of the City Hall entrances would donate their window. Like a digital billboard -- of justice!

Although I have another home on the web I thought it might be nice to lead by example a bit and put this blog system up to the test myself.
