According to the TNT the National Guard is leaving their historic armory building on Yakima. I suppose this explains why Dockyard Derby Dame practices were booted from there but I'd love to see them back along with whatever other tenants might make good use of that space. How would you like to see it used?

|I love Jesse's farmerís market idea!! Years ago there was talk o turn a warehouse underneath the Murray Morgan into that. But then the city tore it down.

|Detroit actually has a series of old brick structures they turned into Farmer's Markets. They have one in each sector of the city. I'd look for a link but I'm mobile right now. I saw it in my Urban Farm magazine March/April 2011 edition.|

|Well then first order of business fix all potholes. TPD goes to roller skate hood watch system. Old armory looks perfect for a castle of impending death by city council derby debate. All that is needed are chroma key lightning strikes. Makes me want to smoke all of this merryjane and watch Solarbabies|

|The armory has been surplussed by the state. Asking price is $1,000,000. Proposals to purchase were due by 11/16/12. Wonder if there were any takers?
Although I have another home on the web I thought it might be nice to lead by example a bit and put this blog system up to the test myself.
So far, so good... Funny how I build web tools for other people that are far better than the one's I have setup over on KFnet.
