on 9/4/2008 @ 9:24am		Think I only know four: cheddar, swiss, pepper jack on the inside then two on the outside. One of which is fresh parmesan (I believe).

Actually had a regular grilled cheese there the other day and had them add bacon. Turned out delicious! They do some fine work at Friesenburgers and always seem willing to accommodate and try new things.

Though the five cheese version isn't officially on the menu I'm sure requests will be taken as a vote for and heeded.

Although I have another home on the web I thought it might be nice to lead by example a bit and put this blog system up to the test myself.
