A brilliant salami sandwich with fresh tomato, basil, mozerella on a toasted ciabatta and a light salad. Amazing flavors without the weight of so many area lunches. Can't wait for my next visit to try out their caprese salad. Or just get this again. Hmm...

It just goes to show what happens when you care a little bit. Love Stink.

Jealous. We were intending to hit Stink for our Monday post, but sadly they were closed. However, I'll take that over Sunday closures any time.

@John: Their food was full of care, that I could tell.
@gritty: This was my first time in and I ended up going back the next day. Didn't get the caprese salad but had to instead try out their grilled cheese. Drool-worthy, that's for sure.

I'm jealous and worried about this one - I'd love to get in there from some charcuterie and cheese but if they're closed by 7 PM every day I'm not going to be able to make it in (I live but don't work in Tacoma.) Their website seems to indicate they aren't open Sundays or Mondays. I don't have a lot of hospitality industry experience (just a little) but I do know that if you don't stay open for business you're not going to be *in* business for very long. The Catch-22 of Tacoma restauranteurship, I know.
Although I have another home on the web I thought it might be nice to lead by example a bit and put this blog system up to the test myself.
So far, so good... Funny how I build web tools for other people that are far better than the one's I have setup over on KFnet.
