Thx for the View, Pacific Ave. Construction
As if the monstrosity of a massive parking garage taking up space in the heart of downtown Tacoma isn't bad enough now we get to see Pacific Plaza North in all it's mottled, barren, cement glory thanks to the removal of mature street trees due to nearby construction.
<optimism>Maybe, now being in plain sight, this will prompt some enterprising developer to see an opportunity to demolish or re-imagine these two blocks for a better downtown.</optimism>

Glad to see the trees removed. It's so annoying to travel along Tacoma's streets without the ability to view the varied styles of buildings. |

About
Although I have another home on the web I thought it might be nice to lead by example a bit and put this blog system up to the test myself.
So far, so good... Funny how I build web tools for other people that are far better than the one's I have setup over on KFnet.
