Video ~ Car vs. Link: Which is Faster?

This amusing piece popped up in the video area of FeedTacoma and I just had to share. Screw the presidential election, let the real debate begin! Car vs. Link. Go!

I don't know though, it's hard to beat free transportation . . . unless of course you're in a race for a diet soda ;-)

on 10/3/2008 @ 6:31pm		Well, it depends on which way you go. If the car goes Pacific, during business hours, it will most likely lose. Although, give me 100% right-of-way through the intersections (such as the Link) an I'll beat it every time; even with two or three designated stops. On the other hand, from the parking garage, Dock street is much faster, even though you must back track up the Parkway.

The way it was shot, I have to wonder - assuming the race was, in fact, real - how many of the shots in the early portion of the video (the running, the exteriors of the car) were staged outside of the confines of the actual race.

I'm also amazed that the driving guy actually found a parking place...especially so close to the finish line.
