Plenty of construction going on in south downtown Tacoma between the Sounder extension, Foremost Dairy building, and LeMay Museum. Exciting but currently messy stuff!

Very cool update Kevin. You saved us all a lot of work!
The Lemay building looks huge. Foremost building looks good.
All good except the Sound Transit blight berm zone that is coming in.

Added to your list... the Midtown Lofts are back in back under construction now. They will be finished as apartments.

Great video Kevin. Like the man on the street documentary feel.

Thx @Erik & @RR! And I actually was a man on the street. Parked at my office and walked around to all the different locations. Thought it would be dead calm down there but neglected to remember the Monster Jam going on at the Dome. People everywhere!
Nevertheless, more of these to come!

very cool. good documentation so that we can remember once it is done (for us forgetful types)

I fought the monster jam crowds while parking to go to TAM. Even though I've been to one monster jam, it just doesn't seem right any more, the Tacoma /Tacoma Dome promotion and all those toddlers in their Gravedigger hats. R.R., let's not go.

I still can't believe that the LeMay Museum is really going to be built with so many false starts.

It's being built which is awesome! I can't wait for it to open even just this first phase portion. The LeMay collection is just stunning and it'll be great to have it more readily available for people to see.
Regardless, SoDo Tacoma is going to be one heck of a mess for the next year or two.
Although I have another home on the web I thought it might be nice to lead by example a bit and put this blog system up to the test myself.
So far, so good... Funny how I build web tools for other people that are far better than the one's I have setup over on KFnet.
