I realized today that I hadn't eaten at Chin's Teriyaki in a while. I find their lunch portions to be waaaayyyy too big so I thought I'd try the side order menu. I ordered fried mushrooms and some egg rolls. I figured the fried mushrooms would be like the mushrooms at every other teriyaki joint: small, breaded, and nummy.
This is what I got.
Hugantic, Ginormous, REALLY nummy mushrooms!
Besides the fact that they could have given me a lot more ranch to dunk them in, I have nothing but the highest praises for Chin's fried mushrooms. I made it through 2 of them and haven't even touched my egg rolls. That right there is dinner and possibly lunch tomorrow. 8 of those suckers for $3.99 is a STEAL!
God bless Chin's Teriyaki.

Chin's rules. Somehow I discovered that place back when I was at PLU and lived nowhere near downtown... Huge portions, and tasty.

Those are just a thing of beauty. Will have to give them a go next time we get lunch there. Thanks for opening my eyes to the amazing possibilities of fried goodness from there.

Speaking of opening my eyes, is that a great white shark eating baby seals? Nice avatar.

I'm Mandi. I've lived in the Tacoma area my whole life and I love it. I'm not a very prolific blogger but I do what I can.
