AUDIO: ELECT JESSE HILL! for Sheriff of Pierce county ad
A Radio Free Tacoma Production
Inspired by Mr. Hill's campaign platform the hard hitting union men of RADIO FREE TACOMA have put together this political attack ad for air play on a local Tacoma AM Radio station. Listen for it on your favorite oldies station or talk radio blowhard program. Have a listen! It will change your life:

by marumaruyopparai on 10/25/2008 @ 2:14pm | WOW. That was absolutely incredible. If there are any voters out there still undecided concerning who's best fit to occupy the role of Pierce County sheriff, this ought to set them right. A steady and trustworthy sounding bayou gentleman offering his endorsement, threats of death, and CALLIOPE music! With this on the air-waves I don't see how Hill could possibly lose. |
by NineInchNachos on 10/25/2008 @ 2:42pm | It's an interesting approach to take for a radio ad. A rather arresting audio journey.
All I can say is it compelled me to vote for real! |
by NineInchNachos on 10/26/2008 @ 5:04pm | oh no... my contacts tell me RADIO FREE TACOMA is now working on a highly offensive Dino Rossi ad.
|
by marumaruyopparai on 10/26/2008 @ 5:43pm | @RR
If it's fueled by the same creative engine responsible for that last gem in support of the Hill ticket I'm sure it will be devastating to the Rossi candidacy, but maybe you could 'find' another campaign ad drudging scandalous dirt on the incumbent from the Sheriff race, something akin to Rossi and the BIAW? Not to say that Hill needs the help or anything, his campaign was a winner from the start as far as I'm concerned, but you never know, just sayin'. Hopefully we'll hear more inspring musical scores as well. |
![]() by JesseHillFan on 11/3/2008 @ 12:32pm | Love the ad especially with the Southern Dixie music.
I and several friends are voting for Jesse Hill. |
by Erik on 11/3/2008 @ 2:00pm | Anyone want to make a prediction on the percentage of votes Hill gets?
I predict 36 percent. |
by NineInchNachos on 11/3/2008 @ 7:13pm | running against Julie Anderson I believe hill mustered 5% of the vote.
I'm predicting a complete 105% victory for hill in this race for sheriff. for example: 1. The people are tired of our current sheriff's exploitation of the blood bank clearchannel billboards. 2. Hill has sexual harassment training 3. hill has a secret stash of gold coins. - - - also you can't buy viral media campaigns like this story: www.thenewstribune.com/news/local/story/... it is obvious that Ian Demski is on the hill payroll. the cash strapped Tribnet.com is a cesspool of corrupt news men. |
by NineInchNachos on 11/3/2008 @ 7:21pm | unsubstantiated rumors:
1) Mr. Hill is not a Muslim/Arab/Terrorist 2) Mr. Hill's heart is filled with love 3) Mr. Hill believes is God 4) Like Jesus, Mr. Hill has a working relationship with criminals, prostitutes and other sex workers. 5) Hill can either fix your mom's computer or teach her to masturbate. case closed |
by NineInchNachos on 11/3/2008 @ 11:26pm | also i'm not even fucking kidding about the current sheriff and his blood bank billboard monopoly 'kickbacks'

by KevinFreitas on 11/4/2008 @ 9:57am | Someone mentioned seeing The Traveler on the Link this morning promoting himself. He was kicked off. |
![]() by JesseHillFan on 11/5/2008 @ 9:34am | I see this at the Pierce County Auditors Office.
These are the results so far. Jesse Hill did pretty good this time around. He got 20,463 votes or 20.64% County Sheriff NP - Paul A. Pastor 70,527 71.14% NP - R. P. Kollu 7,669 7.74% NP - Jesse Hill 20,463 20.64% Write-In 473 0.48% |
by NineInchNachos on 11/10/2008 @ 8:10pm | hot off the Demski press:
Fringe candidate makes possible threat against Sheriff Fringe Pierce County Sheriff candidate Robert "The Traveller" Hill inquired at the County Auditor's office if he would become sheriff if the victor in the race, incumbent Paul Pastor, were to die before the results were certified, Sheriff's Department officials said. blogs.thenewstribune.com/crime/2008/11/1... |
by ensie on 11/10/2008 @ 8:31pm | I believe he also called the radio station, which hung up on him in the middle of the call when he mentioned killing, er, I mean, the potential death of Paul Pastor. |
by NineInchNachos on 11/10/2008 @ 9:05pm | yeah... in America it's not cool to talk about the death of your political rivals.
I think that is frowned upon. |
by marumaruyopparai on 11/10/2008 @ 11:09pm | I don't think Hill distinguishes too much between 'good' and 'bad' publicity. In his defense however, in the Demski article linked to above by RR, Hill says
"Jehovah's probably going to strike him down here in the next couple months," Hill told KIRO -- claiming God was angry at Pastor. That's not exactly a threat, maybe Hill's been talking to God. Or perhaps thinks he's been talking to God. |
