One downtown development project that appears to be moving full steam ahead despite a sluggish economy is Pacific Plaza -- the renovation of Park Plaza South near 13th and Pacific. Much has been written about the project, and it's hard to miss all the construction activity.
I've been watching the progress out my office window. I thought I would share that bird's-eye view with you (photo taken this afternoon):
Is this the beginning of the planned rooftop garden?

|Thanks for sharing. Wonder how expansive a rooftop garden they'd have? Sure wish we saw more green roofs, solar panels, and wind tubes atop our Tacoma buildings.|
