|My wife and I have special feeling for that space as our more intimate relationship started with lunch at the Sea Grill a few years back. We mistakenly thought it was open for lunch today but is still about a week away, based on Chip, manager, who used to manage for for Gordon across the street. I agree. A new cuisine in downtown...can't wait.|

|Met with Chef James Barbara and general manager Chip Venzone at Zara July 26th. Cuisine will mostly be Turkish, Greek and Lebanese. Tasteful belly dance shows. Can't wait.|
