|Bingo. All part of the plan.
Here's a question I've been wondering: What's the status on the property taxes? If he's behind you know what the City is allowed to do...

|seems like ever since the organized crime got cleaned up in Tacoma there isn't enough money to have memorial buildings or maintain a big entertainment draw. maybe old tacomanians had "persuasion visits" to builing owners??? or "family sit-down" with city manager/mayor??? i guess WE could all be omnibudsmen for other cities having disputes or something?
hey, federal way quit saying sea-tac is "new"

Fire sprinkler systems are (for several reasons), separate from the domestic "water service" refered to in the shutoff notice above.

|Unfortunately the owner brought his loan / taxes up to date with a recent payment which is why the building wasn't auctioned off back on the 11th as planned.|
