if the water is shut off does that mean the sprinklers wont leak anymore?

Bingo. All part of the plan.

Here's a question I've been wondering: What's the status on the property taxes? If he's behind you know what the City is allowed to do...

seems like ever since the organized crime got cleaned up in Tacoma there isn't enough money to have memorial buildings or maintain a big entertainment draw. maybe old tacomanians had "persuasion visits" to builing owners??? or "family sit-down" with city manager/mayor??? i guess WE could all be omnibudsmen for other cities having disputes or something?
hey, federal way quit saying sea-tac is "new"

Fire sprinkler systems are (for several reasons), separate from the domestic "water service" refered to in the shutoff notice above.

Unfortunately the owner brought his loan / taxes up to date with a recent payment which is why the building wasn't auctioned off back on the 11th as planned.
