Color, seagulls, and the Coast Guard.

What could go wrong?

A certain un-named local comic artist (let's call him "Britton") desired to see a greater use of color in my comics- so here I bring you a link to the most recent "TZA" comic, which involves an extensive use of color- and a pair of seagulls....

Perhaps color isn't that big of a draw, after all....

Draw, I get it.
I appreciate your detailed no-step and grab stencils, and your accurate use of Mil Spec FS 595 colors.

Heh! Someone bit! (which explains the revival of the Pit Bull thread).

I like the stencils, too!

I for one like the color.

is there military humor I'm not getting? is this about the wind farm?

There's lots of little military humor tidbits in the TZA strips. (Dave picked up on some of it.)

I always liked Bob Stevens' work as well.

I definitely do not get all (or even most) of the military talk/subject/uniform/jokes...But I do appreciate the color. Standing applause, Jinxmedic!!! Glad to see even an unnamed squeaky wheel artist gets some grease!

I know it takes miore time, but it is worth it! Looks superb!

See? Un-named squeaky wheel artist wants more color- shazam!- more color!

The TZA strip is twice weekly- a three panel black-and-white, and a four-to-five panel color each week- nominally thursdays and sundays. (The color strips kills me, by the way.)

This strip has a well-developed multithread story arc already written out for two years (yes, that's 208 strips currently written), with a guaranteed book deal to boot at the end of that arc- all dealing with the aftermath of the Zombie Apocalypse from a Pacific Northwest perspective. What's not to love?

Color. It's what the Gods eat! I eagerly follow this strip!

A book deal?
I'm interested in how that works...
