I'm sick of this, this economy and all this inflation is driving me nuts. We got ouyr stimulus checks today, oh goody now we can pay overdue bills

|Chris, I rarely choose Safeway when I'm looking for the lowest
price, their pricing seems, whats the word? Oh yeah, unconscionable.

|Neosporin is a petroleum(oil)-based product.
I'm guessing products made from oil and transported by oil are getting a bit costly right now.
Just a guess though.

|If it makes you feel any better, I googled at Neosporin was $7.99 at Walgreens.com, $21.81 for a 3-pack from Amazon, and $4.79 (for a half-size tube) if you order from Drugstore.com. So you actually got a quite reasonable deal ... at least compared to what's out there right now. See above for explanation of price hike.|

|Don't blame you.
Inflation's such a surreal thing. Supposedly every 10 years things double. Which is about what's been going on. But that doesn't make it any less annoying.
Our younger selves would giggle at our "I remember when" $$ gripes I think.
