Should Tacoma File 4 Bankruptcy

There's a reason cities n counties r doing it

Several cities & counties have filed for bankruptcy. This is a mechanism to erase overweighted union contracting that occurred in the middle of the "boom" like Tacoma's own public employee comp system (Fredo can fill you in). Should WE do the same and erase manager Anderson's failed fiscal policies and start fresh with proper fiscal perspective -OR- be convicted to scraping up 20 million extra bucks every year until the next "boom" time?

Can an idea to have homeless people become mobile wifi hotspots save tacoma's standing as america's most wireLESS city. Here's what some folks in NY say. “I think it’s great,” said Joe Little, public relations manager at the New York City Rescue Mission, which has helped BBH on past projects with the city’s homeless population. “Anytime that the poor can do something and it’s valuable enough that someone pays them for it, that is generally an overwhelmingly good thing,” he said. “We have scores of gentlemen that are looking for work, that do day labor, that are open to whatever work is out there, and they would jump at the opportunity.”

this article describes how jake fey is trying to get your garbage collections cut to twice a month (a great cost savings and pro environment plan)  the problem is that savings are going to "...spend more money on recycling"  THE PROBLEM: Waste Connections Inc. runs our recycling...
