Tacoma Foodie Network News Flash: Theo's Organic Chocolates Made in the Northwest Now in Bulk!

For the hardcore foodies and restaurant owners owners out there (I know at least one or two of you are on the internets!): Theo's Organic Chocolate is now available in bulk!

Here's the email:

At Theo Chocolate we are happy to finally announce the official launch of our wholesale bulk chocolate program! We are reaching out to you now, as you said we should, in hopes that you are still interested in purchasing organic and Fair Trade Certified chocolate for use in your baking and recipe needs.

Please see the attachment here for options, prices and details about what is now available and let us know if you have questions or would like to place an order. These wholesale prices are available to restaurants, caterers, chefs and members of the trade - we are excited to do business with you!

Please note that Single Origin 74% Madagascar bulk chocolate will not become available until a date to be announced in June - all others described (file attached) are available now.

We look forward to supplying and working with you!
- The team at Theo Chocolate

The prices range from $9 to $11 per pound which is up there with retail prices of some premium chocolates - but keep in mind, it's locally made from bean AND organic. I am a total chocolate freak and have tried a lot of chocolate in my day and Theo's ranks among the best!

As well as being organic, it is also Fair Trade Certified, which is, I think, equally important. It's in the email, but gets less coverage in the reporting.

That's my only complaint ... it's good chocolate, and this is good news.
