I admit it. I am a lurker, mostly scanning for restaurant biz news and tips. I guess it's a nod to my prior life as a restaurant owner, but probably more to do with my insatiable need to find new or interesting places to try in T-Town that don't break the bank. Over the last couple of years, I've so appreciated getting turned on to some really great restaurants, many of which I would not have chanced to try had I not read about them, that I've gleaned from my lurking on the FeedTacoma site, the Tribune's various blogs like the Diner, and Exit133.
Lately though, I feel like the interesting exchanges of restaurant information has dried up. Which leads me to my question: What is going on with SouthSoundEats? I so miss the days of active dialogue that used to happen on the TNT diner blog when Ed was still employed there. Even though I suspected that many of the comments that stirred up a lusty exchange on the TNT Diner blog, were planted comments to create these exchanges, I still enjoyed reading them and gleaning little nuggets of gold about a new place to try or ahem .. .not try.
Ed ... if you're listening, please fill us in!

Noticed today that on the newly coined TNT Diner, all of Ed's recent postings about his leaving TNT etc... have been deleted. Makes me think the wrap-up of his employment didn't sit well with the editors? Any other thoughts as to why the deleted comments?
